Compass Canada Group is seeking a Business Analyst, Workforce Strategy to lead advanced labour analytics, forecast labor costs, and identify improvement opportunities across operations. You will design reports and dashboards in UKG and BI tools, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.

The role requires 5-8 years in workforce analytics or related fields, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with ERP/UKG systems. Canadian work authorization is not required.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in workforce analytics, labour optimization, or related financial analysis.
• Hands-on ERP Workforce Management systems experience; UKG preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex analyses of labour cost drivers, overtime trends, absenteeism, and productivity.
• Support labour forecasting, budgeting, and long-range workforce planning.
• Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics within UKG and BI tools; translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Provide mentorship and quality oversight for Business Analyst outputs; establish best practices for reporting and data integrity.

Description

Thesalaryrange for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.   • Support UKG enhancements, testing, and adoption initiatives.
• Executive & Operational Support
  • Prepare executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and insight summaries.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and functional leaders.
• Analyst Mentorship & Quality Oversight
  • Provide guidance and quality review for Business Analyst outputs.
  • Establishbest practices for reporting, data integrity, and analytical storytelling.
