Job summary

Global Excel Management Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst - Workforce Management to transform workforce and operational data into actionable insights. You will partner with business leaders to analyze trends, develop reporting solutions, and support strategic decisions that boost efficiency.

The role requires a 5+ year background in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with SQL and Python. Fluency in French and English is a plus as well as familiarity with contact centre operations.

Qualifications

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in data analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage complex datasets.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with contact centre operations and workforce management, considered an asset.
• Knowledge of travel insurance and business operations, considered an asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English), considered an asset.
