Job summary

Recruiterthon LLC in Toronto, ON is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to drive requirements with business stakeholders and deliver Salesforce-enabled features for retail initiatives.

This predominantly business-facing role (≈80%) involves leading requirement discussions, coordinating with WW teams, and managing the SDLC to deliver updates for Canada. The contract runs 6–12 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience working closely with business to deliver technology products.
• Retail industry experience in BA/PM or similar role.
• Ability to lead requirements discussions with business and manage SDLC Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

Position : Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) – Salesforce

Location: Onsite at Toronto, ON

Job Summary

Client are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support business initiatives and technology product delivery for Client. This is a predominantly business-facing role (approximately 80%), working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive project execution, and coordinate feature delivery. The role supports Salesforce-based initiatives along with other business technology projects.

Note : Must have prior Retail industry experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar business-facing technology delivery role.

• This is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT)
• 5 years’ experience working closely with business to deliver technology products
• Lead requirements discussions with business
• Drive requirements delivery with WW team
• Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business
• Conduct Testing
• Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support
• Majority Salesforce project + Other non-projects
• SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce
• Strong communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team
• Proactive with Good Problem solving skills
• Able to work independently
