JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)

Duration: 12 months

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Manager, Performance Enablement to support the management of program design, development, and implementation activities. This includes assisting with identifying opportunities and gaps while collaborating with stakeholders to support action plan execution. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

• Support the development and delivery of data-driven Leads program strategy in partnership with key stakeholders


• Provide program updates to advisory leadership and regional teams


• Gather business requirements and feedback for ongoing strategic and operational optimization


• Assist with lead assessments to identify opportunities and support scope determination, including problem statements and benefit estimates


• Collaborate with partner teams to support resource planning and execution


• Execute program initiatives to deliver on time, within budget, and meet quality standards


• Support advisor integration into practice management and advice experiences


• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to address risks


• Contribute to additional business projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by leadership

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management


• Strong impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, coupled with initiative and conceptual thinking to drive outcomes


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences


• Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial analysis


• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences


• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles


• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products


• Experience in business analytics and insights


• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent programming language


• Familiarity with analytical methodologies and Machine Learning Modeling
