Job summary

Raise is actively sourcing experienced Business Analysts to support Ontario-based enterprise transformation programs. The roles span SAP S/4HANA implementations, ServiceNow deployments across IT, HR and Security, and data/AI modernization initiatives.

Candidates will work in hybrid environments with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and clear, actionable documentation. We seek individuals who can translate complex business needs into user stories, facilitate workshops, and guide projects

Qualifications

• 4 to 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst on enterprise IT or transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, ERP, or similar enterprise platform implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• CBAP, CCBA, or similar BA certifications are assets.

Large-scale enterprise transformation programs do not succeed on technology alone. They succeed when there are skilled business analysts who can bridge the gap between what the business needs and what the technology delivers - translating complex operational requirements into clear, actionable specifications. Ontario's energy sector is running several such programs right now, and the demand for strong BAs is consistent and ongoing.

About the Opportunity

The programs driving demand span SAP S/4HANA implementation, ServiceNow platform deployment across IT, HR, and Security functions, a large-scale data and AI modernization initiative, and ongoing digital delivery across multiple business units. The BA roles within these programs vary - some are deeply technical, working directly with development teams on system requirements and user stories; others are more process-focused, supporting business process re-engineering, stakeholder workshops, and change readiness. What they share is the need for sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a complex environment.

What You Could Be Working On

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• CBAP, CCBA, or similar BA certifications are assets

Location:

Oshawa CHQ / Toronto / Pickering - hybrid roles, typically 2 to 3 days remote

Contract Length:

Typically 12 to 24 months, with strong likelihood of extension
