Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Business Analyst, Data Management to lead analysis across major initiatives in Individual Insurance, Savings and Retirement. You will contribute to innovative solutions, improve administrative processes, and support the organization’s financial performance.

You will collaborate across departments, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for technology teams, while maintaining a focus on client, advisor, and employee

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, data integration, and process optimization.
• Advanced level of proficiency in French and intermediate level in English for daily communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex information and create visuals for decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Join large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with stakeholders while considering interdependencies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify needs and recommend solutions that support growth, efficiency, and client experience.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders from innovation, optimization, and performance perspectives.
• Conduct data-driven analyses, model business processes, assess impacts, and contribute to optimized solutions.
• Define business needs and requirements, contribute to product backlog, translate rules for tech teams, and support UAT.

What You'll Accomplish With Us

As a Business Analyst, Data Management, you will be at the core of our mission. Key responsibilities include:

• Join large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with various stakeholders while considering the interdependencies between initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify their needs and recommend solutions that support growth, efficiency, client experience, advisor experience, and employee experience objectives.
• Provide leadership in facilitating workshops with stakeholders from an innovation, optimization, and performance perspective.
• Conduct documented, data-driven analyses, participate in business process modeling, assess impacts of changes, and contribute to the development of optimized solutions.
• Define business needs and requirements, contribute to the product backlog, translate business rules for technology teams, participate in testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support continuous improvement initiatives.
