What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform client business requirements into functional requirement documents (FRDs)
- Document and analyze information and data to determine potential solutions
- Assist with triaging client-reported issues as needed
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project delivery meets specifications
- Participate in client project meetings and maintain project management tracking tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University or College Diploma, preferably in Business Administration and/or Computer/Software Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role at a fintech or investment bank
- At least 5 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, banking, mutual funds, or securities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
