Job Posting Description:

This is a hybrid role #LI-Hybrid

Secondment/Contract: Up to 12 months

You will report to Manager, Demand Planning and will play an important role focused on providing technical, analytical and subject matter expertise to support LCBO's Future State Modernization project.

If you have demonstrated experience with Blue Yonder, have a solid background in supply chain operations and love a different challenge every day, then this is the role for you!

About the Role

  • Conduct data analysis and process mapping; provide insights to decision makers through analysing operational and process analysis information
  • Analyse Demand Planning processes along with master data management
  • Analyse systems, processes and data supporting Demand Planning function
  • Participate in testing activities including End-to-end Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Participate in organisational change management activities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented processes and systems.
  • Gather, compile and interpret information between various sources; evaluate them critically and reconcile conflicts
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive projects to completion.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management (and/or Business Administration), Inventory Management, together with related experience
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in Demand forecasting and planning, retail supply chain operations, end to end fulfillment
  • Preference for candidates with medium/large project management experience
  • Experience with Demand planning tools, Blue Yonder preferred
  • Expert experience in using MS Office particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • You will show analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Balance workload in fast paced environment with an outstanding attention to detail
  • Results-oriented and proactive; you work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to balance high volume workload and short timelines with an extraordinary attention to detail
