Role: Business Analyst

Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.

Develops strategies, prepares business cases and conducts cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.

Creates requirements gathering processes, including JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc.

Performs business modeling, use case modeling, data modeling, process modeling, and defines business rules and non-functional requirements.

Monitors project progress, resolves issues, and reports to management and stakeholders.

Engages with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements for new functionalities or changes, providing estimates and documentation such as requirements specifications, business process models, data models, risks, issues, use cases, traceability matrices, test plans, and test cases.

Investigates, analyzes, and estimates system applications in complex environments.

Facilitates JAD/Sprint sessions and translates business needs into technical requirements.
