Kilgour Williams Capital (KWC) is an asset management firm focused on private credit investing. Our main offerings are Kiwi Private Credit Fund, Kiwi Business Credit Fund and Kiwi Alternative Income Fund (offshore). Our highly differentiated investment strategy focuses on building and managing portfolios of small balance loans originated by fintech-based lenders.
Investment returns have been strong and our funds have grown rapidly in size and reach. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our entrepreneurial team in Toronto, reporting into the Vice President of Finance and Operations. The incumbent will be relied on for implementing business intelligence and analysis tools across all parts of our business, including credit analysis, financial analysis, and investor/sales analysis. This role will be an integral part of the data analytics and financial reporting function within a fast-growing asset management firm, offering significant opportunity for professional development and career progression.
KWC employees currently work from our office 4 days a week in a 150-year-old heritage building in the heart of downtown Toronto. All employees are able to work from home occasionally in order to better manage work/life commitments.
The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, driven and enjoy working in a small cross-functional team. Analytic, quantitative and technical skills are a must.As the firm is growing rapidly, the job responsibilities are likely to present substantial and rapid development opportunities.
As we are a small team you will be working alongside all parts of the business – sales, investor relations, portfolio management, operations, and senior management – and will have an opportunity to learn and contribute across each of these functions.
