Job summary

Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a public sector client in Ontario. You will lead requirements for electronic health initiatives and collaborate with clinical software teams.

You will contribute to medication workflows, engage stakeholders to collect and validate requirements, and support prioritization and reporting on the Medication program. Experience with health systems and ePrescribing is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ business analyst experience within electronic health-related projects, ideally with clinical software systems.
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience with health system business requirements definition and implementation.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with Healthcare Information Systems and data workflows.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with medication, pharmacy workflows and/or associated business processes within hospitals, patient admissions and health records.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards the Medication program integrated project plan (IPP).
• Define requirements for medication workflows including engaging with stakeholders to collect requirements and validate functionality.
• Support the prioritization of medication requirements.
• Contribute toward project status reporting.
• Develop process documentation.
• Continue to / participate in working groups related to medication relation projects / program, as required.
• Support the technical design of the ePrescribing solution.

Must Have Skills:
