ESI Technologies in Quebec seeks a Business Analyst to contribute to large-scale engagements and grow within a people-first team. You will gather requirements, support planning, and help delivery while fostering Agile practices.

You will participate in Scrum ceremonies, remove barriers, and help strengthen BA coverage across DRIVE Product Teams to balance priorities and reduce risk. This role emphasizes professional development and work-life balance.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience with the listed technologies and skills.
• Experience in Scrum, DDD, event-based architecture, micro-services.
• Proficiency with .NET, GIT, Visual Studio, Azure services, and monitoring/alerting tools.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst who is eager to contribute to large-scale engagements while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-first approach.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Gather stakeholder feedback, define and refine requirements, and support discovery and planning activities;
• Assist with delivery, testing, operational priorities, and the tracking and analysis of project progress and outcomes;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, perform Scrum Master duties as needed, remove barriers, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement;
• Strengthen Business Analyst coverage across DRIVE Product Teams to support competing priorities and reduce delivery risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with the following technologies and skills:
• Scrum
• Domain-Drive Design (DDD)
• Event Based Architecture
• Micro-services
• .NET using GIT and Visual Studio
• Application Insights for monitoring and alerting
• Jest for automated testing
• Automated Development Pipelines
• Azure services for event database technologies
