The Business Analyst role is an entry-level position where you will be the frontline change agent for our clients. You will provide reliable data and analysis, forming the fact base for decision-making in real time.

• Assist in delivering measurable improvements and implementing processes and systems to sustain ongoing improvements, supporting prioritization and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to collect and analyze data, providing insights.
• Potentially take on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden management experience.

Requirements include:

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with excellent results (distinction average).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, influencing, and trust-building.
• A demonstrated passion for results.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills, capable of responding clearly under pressure and using visual tools to communicate insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is advantageous.

Additional requirements

Salary range: $99,000 - $130,000 per year.
