Eastlink in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a Business Analyst to join the on-site team at Belmont House. The role focuses on measuring and analyzing key metrics within Customer Care & Accounts Receivable, driving process improvements and minimizing bad debt risk while enhancing customer service.
The position requires strong Excel skills, data analysis ability, and independent initiative. A post-secondary degree in accounting/finance/business is a plus; telecommunications experience is beneficial.

The Analyst is responsible for measuring and analyzing key metrics within the Customer Care & Accounts Receivable departments and comparing them to best practice. The Analyst is also responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, working closely with management team members to minimize bad debt risk and improve operational efficiencies while ensuring superior, outstanding customer service.
