The Opportunity

As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement our products effectively. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, providing training, and ensuring software is installed and configured per contractual guidelines. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

What You Will Do

• Train end users on software use.
• Gather business and technical requirements.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality assurance testing.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to test and monitor software.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and go-live support.
• Create documentation and communicate effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• SQL Server knowledge.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Understanding of Windows development tools.
• Ability to communicate technical info clearly.
• Teamwork and independence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to pass CJIS training and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in municipal court systems.
• Knowledge of court case management systems.
• CBAP or similar certification.
• Experience with Jira and Smartsheet.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
