We’re looking for an Agriculture Business Advisor to provide customized financial advice and expertise to primarily producers and agri-businesses in the Shellbrook area. What you’ll do:

Act as a subject matter expert for our agricultural members, providing expertise related to their operational, corporate structure, and financing needs
Provide advice and resources to develop business cases, set up business financials, operating models, business registration, etc.
Deliver memorable member experiences, drive sales, and retain business
Provide policy and program advice for sales, service, and marketing initiatives targeting the Ag Advisor segment

What you’ve got:

A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Industry-leading sales ability in growing a book of business, achieving targets, and demonstrating a member-centric approach
Ability to interpret farm financial statements and business operating models
