Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a relationship-focused Business Advisor to support agriculture members across Regina and surrounding communities. You will spend time on farms and in communities, building trusted relationships and understanding members' operations firsthand.

You’ll advise on products, policy, and programs, grow a book of business, and help members optimize their financials and operating models while delivering exceptional service in Saskatchewan.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business, achieve targets, and build a strong pipeline through relationship-based sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and business operating models
• Knowledge of agricultural operations, production cycles, and the opportunities and challenges facing Saskatchewan producers.
