Colonial Group is seeking a proactive Business Advisor to support Shaunavon area members with tailored financial guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises and agriculture. You’ll serve as a trusted resource on operations, financing, and corporate structure, helping members build robust business cases and financials.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field with 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
• Proven sales ability with a track record of growing a book, meeting targets and building a pipeline
• Ability to interpret financial statements and business operating models

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for SMEs, providing expertise on operational, corporate structure and financing needs
• Develop business cases, set up business financials, operating models, and business registration processes for members
• Educate members using technology to deliver a memorable experience, drive sales and retain business
• Provide policy and program advice for sales, service and marketing initiatives targeting the Business Advisor segment
