The bigger picture

We're looking for a relationship-focused, proactive and results-driven person to join our team as a Farm & Business Advisor at our Tisdale branch.

In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with agricultural and business members, providing trusted financial advice and tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals. Through proactive conversations and expert guidance, you'll manage a diverse portfolio while identifying opportunities to strengthen member relationships and contribute to our continued growth.

How you'll be spending your time

• Managing and growing a portfolio of farm and business banking relationships.
• Building strong relationships through proactive outreach and regular member contact.
• Conducting in-depth financial conversations to understand member needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Providing lending, deposit, investment, cash management and insurance solutions that support members' financial success.
• Analyzing financial statements, business plans and credit applications to make sound lending recommendations.
• Monitoring portfolio performance and proactively managing risk while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with internal partners and making referrals to specialists to ensure members receive comprehensive financial advice.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and attract new business.
• Supporting branch and organizational goals through achievement of sales, growth and member experience targets.
• Maintaining awareness of economic conditions, agricultural trends and industry developments that may impact members and their businesses.

The experience you bring

• 2 + years of progressive experience in sales, service and portfolio management within a farm and business banking environment .
• Expertise in credit adjudication, financial analysis and business development would be an asset.

Salary Range

$79,075.27 - $123,982.03 with 15 % to 17% Short Term Incentive Target, dependent upon qualifications, experience, and demonstrated competencies.
