A leading company is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform cleaning and minor maintenance duties at branch facilities. The role includes responsibilities such as washing, dusting, basic plumbing, and assisting with furniture moves. Candidates must have relevant experience and be available for shifts including weekends.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for cleaning and performing minor maintenance and repair duties at our branch facilities. Responsibilities include washing toilets and hand basins, dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing floors, vacuuming, basic plumbing, minor carpentry and repair work, painting and touch-up work, and maintaining outside grounds. The incumbent also assists Trades Maintenance workers with minor jobs and furniture moves as required.
