Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate maintenance, repair, and upkeep for office buildings, maintenance shops, lunchrooms, washrooms, and other facilities.
• Coordinate seasonal maintenance activities such as snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Create and manage work orders, schedule maintenance to minimize disruption.
• Maintain records of completed work and facility inspections.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance activities.
