What You'll Do
- Providing testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and repair design for existing structures.
- Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation.
- Performing field and laboratory testing.
- Scheduling and overseeing facilities technicians.
- Interacting with senior staff on various projects as needed.
- Promoting a safe workplace and proper PPE use.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or technical degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering preferred.
- 4-6 years of related building enclosure or facilities inspection experience.
- Facilities certifications for all testing performed, in accordance with the Technician Certification and Pay Policy. Professional certifications such as NRCA/IIBEC or AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector are highly desirable.
