Job description

What You'll Do
  • Providing testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and repair design for existing structures.
  • Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation.
  • Performing field and laboratory testing.
  • Scheduling and overseeing facilities technicians.
  • Interacting with senior staff on various projects as needed.
  • Promoting a safe workplace and proper PPE use.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or technical degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering preferred.
  • 4-6 years of related building enclosure or facilities inspection experience.
  • Facilities certifications for all testing performed, in accordance with the Technician Certification and Pay Policy. Professional certifications such as NRCA/IIBEC or AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector are highly desirable.
