Job summary

Alliance Maintenance, a growing building maintenance company serving residential strata properties across Metro Vancouver, is hiring a Building Cleaner. You will maintain a clean and presentable building, inside and out, cleaning high-traffic areas, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.

Shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We provide on-site training, cleaning supplies, health benefits for full-time employees, and a steady, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate in English.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder.
• Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Open to cleaning light biohazard waste.
• Ability to use a smartphone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances.
• Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
• Responsible for exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.

Job Details
