Job summary

Alliance Maintenance in Metro Vancouver is looking for a dedicated building cleaner to maintain a safe and welcoming environment inside and outside of residential strata properties. You will clean high-traffic areas, assist with restroom sanitation, and keep entrances clear, contributing to a positive property experience for residents.

This role offers part-time morning shifts (Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00 AM–12:00 PM), on-site training, cleaning supplies provided, and health benefits for

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• Reliable and punctual.

• Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5 ft ladder.
• Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuum carpeted areas.
• Mop tiled floor areas and entrances.

Job Details

The building cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.

Shift Available:

• Monday & Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances.
• Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
• Responsible for exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.

Skills and Qualifications:
