Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada for a Broker Of Record. The Broker Of Record will oversee the compliance, operations, and management of all real estate transactions within the brokerage. Responsibilities include ensuring agents adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, providing guidance and training to agents, managing administrative staff, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and agent support. The Broker of Record will also play a key role in expanding the brokerage's presence and success in the market.

• Experience in compliance management and transaction oversight
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to mentor, train, and support real estate agents
