Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Saskatoon location. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with purchases, and build relationships that drive sales in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Maintain product knowledge, work well with a team, and adapt to shifts including evenings and weekends, with a guaranteed wage component when commissions fall short.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
