Black Rock Oceanfront Resort in Ucluelet, BC, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Currents Restaurant AM shift. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced coastal setting.

The role emphasizes beverage program support, upselling recommendations, and collaboration with Culinary and Front of House teams to maintain a seamless dining experience from opening to closing. Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years serving experience with beverage knowledge
• Serving It Right certification required
• FoodSafe or formal hospitality education is an asset
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Currents Restaurant team AM shift. Set against Ucluelet’s stunning coastline, this role is perfect for someone who loves leading a team, providing excellent service, and helping create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What this role is about:

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles
