We're looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Guest Services Agent to welcome guests to our one-of-a-kind resort in Ucluelet, BC. This is a year-round role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a guest-facing position in a spectacular coastal setting. We're hiring Guest Services Agents to be part of the team that welcomes guests and helps shape their overall experience. This is more than a front desk role. Guest Services supports nearly every stage of a guest's stay and works closely with all departments to help ensure things run smoothly from check-in to check-out.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where professionalism and warmth go hand in hand
• Have strong communication skills and are comfortable communicating in person, over the phone, and by email
• Are comfortable using technology, quick to learn hotel systems and procedures, and attentive to detail when keeping records or coordinating with other teams
• Are skilled at identifying guest needs and thoughtfully suggesting experiences, upgrades, or services that enhance their stay
