Join our Front Office team at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort!

We're looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Guest Services Agent to welcome guests to our one-of-a-kind resort in Ucluelet, BC. This is a year-round role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a guest-facing position in a spectacular coastal setting. If you take pride in providing outstanding service and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We're hiring Guest Services Agents to be part of the team that welcomes guests and helps shape their overall experience. This is more than a front desk role. Guest Services supports nearly every stage of a guest's stay and works closely with all departments to help ensure things run smoothly from check-in to check-out.

This is a great fit for people who:

  • Have strong communication skills and are comfortable communicating in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Are comfortable using technology, quick to learn hotel systems and procedures, and attentive to detail when keeping records or coordinating with other teams
