Job summary

Black Rock Oceanfront Resort in Ucluelet, BC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our hardworking housekeeping team and uphold the resort’s exacting standards of cleanliness, service, and safety. You’ll be on the floor with Room Attendants, conduct room inspections, assign rooms and common areas, and coach colleagues to consistently meet brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assign rooms and common areas to Room Attendants.
• Conduct walk-throughs and inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness meets resort standards.
• Open and close daily housekeeping operations.
• Train new and existing team members.
• Communicate effectively with laundry and other departments.
• Monitor supplies, safety protocols, and equipment use.
