Qualifications

• A professional diploma in institutional cooking.
• Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques.
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from simple to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef;
• Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations;
• Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items;
• Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies;
• Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.
