What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items to twelvefifty specifications and recipes
• Ensuring food is prepared consistently and presented to a high standard
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness procedures
• Keeping the kitchen stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Maintaining accurate temperature logs and other required kitchen records
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Assisting with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed
