The ideal candidate works independently, handles high-volume mornings, and confidently operates a Chef's Table live cooking station. You will follow standardizedRecipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness during busy service times.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cooking or food preparation experience preferred.
• Strong ability to cook independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience preparing breakfast wraps, sandwiches, and made-to-order meals.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be available for shifts between 5:30 AM and 7:30 PM and confirm availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare, cook, assemble, and wrap individual breakfast wraps and sandwiches quickly and accurately.
• Cook and serve fresh meals at the Chef's Table station while interacting professionally with customers.
• Perform daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, cooking, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service periods.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Follow standardized recipes, food safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
• Assist with kitchen setup, restocking, and cleaning.
• Support other kitchen stations and operational needs as required.
