Job summary

SRAM is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to plan, develop, and manage promotional initiatives within the E-MTB value stream, enhancing brand value, messaging, and positioning globally.

The role involves collaborating with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams, managing budgets, promoting ambassadors, and executing social media strategy. Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally; strong communication and budget skills required.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Marketing or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute global brand strategies.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience with budget analysis and planning.
  • Knowledge of print and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Overview

Plan, develop, and manage promotional initiatives within the E-MTB value stream to increase brand value and perception. This role focuses on developing the product line's image, identity, messaging, and positioning relative to competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Marketing or similar field, or equivalent experience

  • Additional Information
  • Scope: Global
  • Travel: Up to 40% domestically and internationally, including weekends
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods at events
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Advanced bike riding ability to support brand promotional objectives
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Benefits include group health insurance plans covering medical, dental, vision, and ancillary options, as well as 401(k) match, life insurance, long-term disability, and paid time off.
  • Salary range is CAD $70,000 to CAD $90,000 based on skills and experience level. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance.
