Job summary

Leavitt Industrial Group in Langley, BC, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to act as an internal marketing expert for Leavitt Machinery and Leavitt Training. You will support brand growth by developing regional strategies, creating collateral, producing video content, and managing digital channels.

The candidate will collaborate with internal business units, execute region-specific marketing plans, and monitor KPI metrics to elevate our brands across multiple regions and audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role with a mix of digital and traditional campaigns.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) with advanced InDesign skills mandatory.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and CMS platforms (WordPress) are advantageous.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing-related activities for assigned brands including Leavitt Machinery and Leavitt Training.
• Develop region-specific marketing strategies and messaging for target industries.
• Create marketing collateral, video content, and email campaigns.
• Manage digital channels and support branding projects across regions.
• Track KPI and campaign performance to optimize results.
• Collaborate with internal teams using project management tools like Asana.
