Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, QSR, or franchise-based business model is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in project management, with a track record of successfully managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for brand growth and innovation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to corporate and franchise locations as needed.
