Job Overview: We’re looking for a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, particularly in real estate, and will help shape and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with condo owners, tenants, and real estate professionals. Your expertise in real estate marketing will be key in driving engagement, expanding our subscriber base, and reinforcing Condoroo as the leading voice in condominium living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting condo owners, real estate agents, property managers, and board members.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging and relevant materials such as newsletters, landing pages, and social media content focused on condo living.
• Monitor and analyze real estate market trends to tailor marketing strategies that align with the interests and needs of the condo community.
• Drive subscriber growth through targeted campaigns and digital outreach, leveraging email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Establish partnerships with real estate agents, property managers, and other stakeholders to expand Condoroo’s influence and build strategic relationships.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven adjustments to increase engagement and conversions.
• Stay informed about real estate regulations and trends, especially those relevant to condominium living, and incorporate that knowledge into marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on digital campaigns.
• Proven track record in developing and managing marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of the condominium market, including buyer personas, pain points, and trends.
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising tools.
