Job summary

Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator for the Winter 2026/27 season. The role focuses on leveraging resort photo and video content, representing the resort at events, and engaging with online communities to extend the brand.

You will publish content across social platforms, host live moments, coordinate with marketing, and help build relationships with guests, advocates, and partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Experience with graphic and video editing, ideally in Adobe Suite.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with skiing/mountain culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage resort photo/video content to extend the Big White Ski Resort brand online.
• Represent Big White at events, consumer shows, and charity functions.
• Identify and engage with online and offline communities.
• Support marketing initiatives: photo lists, partner campaigns, media releases, event recaps, brand storytelling.
