Old Navy in Calgary is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform and inspire customers, and use an omni-channel approach to wardrobe choices.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience, engage customers to drive sales, and support store operations across sales floor, fitting rooms and back of house. Join a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and teammates with respect to foster a positive environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to drive engagement.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience with omnichannel offerings.
• Support store operations and achieve personal and store goals.
• Assist on sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently and accurately.
