Job summary

Old Navy Canada is seeking a Brand Associate who delivers exceptional customer service and helps customers build outfits with product knowledge. You will support omnichannel shopping experiences and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.

You’ll engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and assist across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap while maintaining an organized workspace. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to learn and use technology tools and cash registers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Assist customers with outfit recommendations and omnichannel engagement.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and stock as needed.
