Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to life in Pen Centre. You will greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and help them find perfect solutions for their needs.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolving guest concerns and promoting the loyalty program while working with the team to hit daily goals. Prior retail experience and being at least 16 years old are preferred.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus; at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest solutions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support #teamwork.
