Compensation and Requirements

Compensation / Rémunération : $20 / hr + Lunch (20$ / h + déjeuner)

Preferred: Access to a vehicle, but not necessary (Accès à un véhicule, mais non indispensable)

Location and Schedule

EMPLACEMENT / LOCATION

09 / 19 Friday 9:00am – 10:00pm (13hrs)

09 / 20 Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm (8hrs)

09 / 21 Sunday 6:30am - 2:30pm (8hrs)

Responsibilities

• Can operate an iPad and a Clover POS (point of sale) terminal to sell sunglasses and accept payment.
• Can lift up to 30lbs boxes to set up and tear down a brand activation booth, manage inventory, and pack up inventory after the expo.
• Can operate a camera or tablet to take photos of the booth and other expo booths for a post-event report.
• Can read fine print and small text on sunglasses (2-3pt font) to identify SKU numbers.
• Can accurately identify different colours of sunglasses.
• Can clearly communicate the MARSQUEST "Why Buy" to customers.

Qualifications

Preferred: Access to a vehicle to transport themselves, inventory handling, display setup, and outdoor/expo environment experience. No mandatory prior retail experience, but it is recommended.
