Job summary

Gap Inc. is hiring a Brand Associate to join our Calgary store team. You will help customers express their personal style, create on-trend looks, and strengthen emotional connections with the Gap brand.

You will engage customers, educate them about loyalty programs, and support multiple store areas while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. A passion for fashion and excellent service is essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Not require sponsorship to work in Canada.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Tell stories about products to make suggestions feel meaningful.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Support store areas: sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Execute operational processes efficiently and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional Gap experience.
