Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a supervisor to support regulatory and supervision activities at designated Montreal branches. The role involves designee responsibilities for supervision objectives, education for staff, and guidance on supervision issues to ensure compliant operations.

Relevant candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a post-secondary degree, and knowledge of supervision regulations. CIRE or RSE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales supervision activities and regulatory activities for designated branches to meet regulatory requirements.
• Acts as a designee on supervision objectives for the branch and provides ongoing supervision education to assigned branch/portfolio.
• Provides support and guidance to branch employees on supervision issues and monitors daily and monthly supervision reviews.
