Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of retail banking experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Knowledge of branch operations, policies, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Probes to understand customer banking needs and recommends products accordingly.
• Leads coaching and development of branch staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Builds a strong referral network and community presence for branch growth.
• Monitors sales/service performance and closes gaps with action plans.
