Job summary

Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Mississauga-area branch, drive sales growth, and manage day-to-day operations. You will mentor employees, build strong customer and vendor relationships, and ensure exceptional service that aligns with our standards.

The role focuses on achieving profitability, managing inventory and budgets, and collaborating across teams to meet business objectives. Prior experience in electrical distribution is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, developing employees, growing sales, and building strong customer and vendor relationships. This role drives performance, profitability, operational excellence, and team engagement while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
