Qualificações

• College/University Diploma required (Business, and/or Sales & Marketing, or Technical focus preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in a Sales/Distribution environment.
• Previous management experience required.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance, direction and monitoring of staff to ensure departments work toward common goals.
• Participate in product training as needed.
• Grow sales through coaching and motivating sales and support teams.
• Maintain inventory levels at optimum.
• Ensure customer satisfaction meets Branch Operational Scorecard standards.
• Assist with warehouse and plant planning.
• Manage vendor relations and planning.
• Lead strategic and future management planning.
• Develop key relationships with customers through on-site visits and support.
