ATB Financial is seeking a Branch Manager for the Smoky Lake area. The role combines leadership, community engagement and strategic growth to drive branch profitability and client satisfaction.

You will lead a team, supervise staff, and develop innovative banking solutions tailored to our local clients and partners. The position emphasizes relationship-building, mentoring, and hands-on management within a dynamic, community-focused bank.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail banking or commercial lending.
• Post-secondary education in business, commerce, or equivalent financial training.
• Strong verbal and written communications, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships both virtually and in person.

• Make decisions based on your market and community and develop plans to increase your customer base.
• Be proactively involved in the community and with your clients, and don’t just wait for business to walk through the door.
