Job summary

ATB Financial is seeking an Everyday Banking Advisor to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions at Spirit River and nearby branches. You will drive sales, guide clients through personal and business products, and help families achieve their financial goals through a full suite of ATB services.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of client experience in retail banking, a passion for sales, and a post-secondary degree in finance or business.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience creating remarkable client experiences and developing strong relationships.
1-3 years of relevant experience in retail banking.
Experience with lending products is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized advice on personal and business banking needs.
Drive sales and guide clients toward savings, investments, and lending options.
Identify referral opportunities to connect clients with ATB services.
Build lasting client relationships through service standards and tailored advice.
Represent ATB in the market with community involvement and digital literacy.
Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use.
Ensure data security and regulatory compliance in all interactions.
