ATB Financial is seeking a Client Service Representative at the Stony Plain branch, Alberta. You will welcome clients, understand their financial needs, offer personalized solutions, and connect them with the right resources. This unionized role involves traveling to neighbouring branches occasionally and delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will help clients navigate digital banking tools, build relationships, and ensure secure handling of transactions in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
Familiarity with personal lending services is a plus.
Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
Adaptable to change with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and guidance.
Skillfully introduce and educate clients on our digital banking tools and platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues efficiently.
Adhere to best practices, policies, and regulations, accurately processing transactions and maintaining the security of branch assets.
Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
