Job summary

ATB Financial in Camrose is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to deliver tailored financial guidance to high-net-worth clients and local families. Based at the Camrose branch, you will build trust, provide solutions, and act as a financial partner.

You’ll help clients choose savings, investments, mortgages and credit products, expand the client base, use ATB’s digital tools, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in identifying and converting a sales pipeline.
• Experience in retail banking or similar field.
• PFSA credential is a valuable asset.
• Home financing experience including residential mortgage origination.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Financial Partner: guide clients with financial objectives and risk appetite.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Drive sales by guiding clients to savings, investments, and lending products.
